• The Construction Project Manager (CPM) will manage delivery, installation, and integration of engineered solutions for industrial and manufacturing clients. • Support management of cost and schedule to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality projects in a timely fashion. • Manage multiple projects and lead teams including construction, project support, and technical resources. • Responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion and turnover of construction totaling an estimated $15MM to $20MM annually.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in an Engineering field, Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Five years’ experience as a Project Lead in industrial manufacturing construction and project management.
  • Preferred focus in Food and Dairy, Life Sciences, and other regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in using engineering tools and software to develop project schedules and track progress against milestones and deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
