Rate: $36.00 to $46.83/hr. w2 Responsibilities: - Serve as a point of contact for configuration of sign-up, plan switch, cancellation, promotional, and in-product upsell purchase flows. - Manage copy and messaging throughout the end-to-end commerce user journey, including eligibility rules and transactional communications. - Perform configuration and troubleshooting by reviewing cURL requests and JSON files connecting front-end services to pricing engines and billing systems. - Configure complex offer use cases, including multi-phase pricing, internal vs. external discount allocations, date-based transitions, and currency-specific pricing. - Configure user cohorts that determine product and plan eligibility across various contexts, leveraging subscription attributes, billing credits, entitlements, and device sessions. - Partner with Technical Account Management teams and in-app purchase partners to configure offers across Apple, Google, Amazon, and other third-party platforms. - Stand up and manage end-to-end commerce messaging events, including price increase notices, subscriber agreement updates, and one-time remediation sends. - Provide feedback on commerce tooling to improve scalability, efficiency, and risk mitigation. - Maintain source-of-truth documentation across the business, including JIRA tickets, Commerce Operations runbooks, financial trackers, and Confluence wikis. Experience Requirements: - 3–5 years of relevant work experience in operations, commerce, product operations, or a configuration-focused role. - Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. - High proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides, with the ability to create clear and professional documentation and visualizations. - Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable or comparable project and documentation tools. - Ability to manage repetitive, detail-heavy tasks with a high degree of accuracy. - Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed and globally distributed organization. - Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives concurrently. - Self-motivated and capable of operating with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. - Experience supporting digital subscription businesses, streaming platforms, or entertainment companies (preferred). - Exposure to commerce, pricing, payments, or paywall-related workflows (preferred). - Experience working across international markets and time zones (preferred). - Prior experience in operations, configuration, or tooling-centric roles (preferred).
