The Role: We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing Team. This role focuses on setting appointments with senior leaders, including directors, VPs, and C-suite executives in the homebuilding industry, including builders, mortgage lenders, and building product manufacturers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Salesforce, and skilled at personalized outreach. This role requires someone who effectively utilizes and is confident in their capabilities to utilize all channels—LinkedIn, email, and cold calling—to build relationships and secure meetings. What You'll Do: - Conduct prospecting activities across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to engage and set meetings with high-level decision-makers. - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and goals efficiently, meeting daily and weekly activity targets. Hit and/or exceed goal for meetings set, meetings attended, and revenue target for the year. - Maintain a strong pipeline by consistently following up on leads and nurturing relationships to drive appointment setting and account development. - Follows up on inbound leads in a timely manner and is tenacious on follow up activities. - Utilize Salesforce for CRM management, account tracking, and performance analytics. - Stay informed on industry trends related to housing and construction. What You Bring: - Experience: Experience setting appointments with senior leaders, directors, VPs, and/or C-suite executives within builders or large companies. - Skills: Proven success in setting meetings across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling; proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office; strong organizational and communication skills.
