We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth, cultivate key partnerships, and develop data-driven strategies to unlock new distribution partnerships opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, negotiating high-value deals, and managing the entire end to end process to launch these partnerships. Job Location: Remote, USA Key Responsibilities: Business Development and Partnership Growth: Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue and create new business opportunities. • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage data insights to inform decisions and shape strategies that enhance partner performance and fuel growth. • Market Expansion: Identify and secure new partnership opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities. • Executive Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives at partner organizations to influence strategies and close large-scale deals. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans, aligning with partner goals to unlock new revenue streams. • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on trends within the travel industry and competitive landscape to inform business development efforts. Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the travel, e-commerce, or tech sectors. • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth. • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives. • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to deliver results. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
