• Implement and deploy complex robotic order fulfillment solutions at customer sites. • Create and configure SLAM-based maps of warehouse fulfillment centers. • Manage onsite customer relationships, coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Provide on-site customer support following system installation.

• Fleet Management at Scale: Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure device management strategies for remote devices using Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), MDM solutions, and orchestration tools. • Reliability & Monitoring: Develop and manage observability pipelines to track device health, connectivity, and performance metrics across diverse warehouse environments. • OTA & Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of device software, including secure Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware updates, rollback strategies, and OS hardening. • Incident Response: Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot complex system failures, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to drive long-term reliability improvements. • Self-Healing Infrastructure: Develop automated remediation scripts that detect and fix common edge issues such as hung scanning processes or display driver freezes without manual intervention. • Zero-Touch Scalability: Architect and maintain remote provisioning and management workflows for a global fleet of Linux, iPads, and Android devices using secure remote management strategies. • Secure Remote Access: Implement and manage secure remote access protocols such as SSH, VPNs, and private APNs to enable out-of-band troubleshooting and real-time device control without physical site visits. • SLO/SLI Frameworks: Define and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for device availability, connectivity, and peripheral performance. • Error Budget Management: Use error budgets to balance the pace of innovation with fleet reliability, ensuring data-driven decisions for feature releases versus stability fixes. • Security Governance: Align fleet operations with industry standards such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), ISO/IEC 27001, and CIS Controls. • Vulnerability Management: Drive continuous monitoring and automated patching schedules to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance across all managed device platforms.
• Research target accounts, buying committees, and key decision-makers to support strategic multi-channel outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events. • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns that create qualified meetings and contribute to pipeline generation. • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and discovery conversations, uncovering customer pain points, business initiatives, timelines, and alignment with solutions. • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams on account-based strategies, vertical-specific campaigns, and targeted outbound plays across industries such as 3PL, retail/e-commerce, and industrial automation. • Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospective customers, maintaining consistent engagement to progress opportunities through the sales funnel. • Support industry events and trade shows by identifying target attendees, pre-booking meetings, managing lead capture activities, and executing timely, high-quality follow-up outreach. • Maintain accurate CRM records, including prospect activity, call notes, stakeholder mapping, and next steps, while meeting pipeline generation, activity, and conversion KPIs. • Develop concise account and opportunity summaries highlighting prospect goals, organizational structure, business drivers, and key triggers to support successful handoff and deal advancement.
• Lead and own global tax strategy, compliance, and advisory activities, serving as the central tax authority supporting international operations, growth initiatives, and executive decision-making. • Direct global tax compliance efforts to ensure accurate and timely filing of U.S. federal, state, and international tax returns. • Service as the primary point of contact for and directly manage third-party tax consultants and regulatory advisors, including CBIZ, HSP, CT Corporation and various international Crowe member firms. • Oversee the preparation, review and filing of sales and use tax and VAT/GST returns in applicable jurisdictions. • Coordinate and maintain tax and regulatory documentation related to international expansion, including entity registrations and ongoing compliance requirements. • Oversee daily operations at customer sites, ensuring seamless Locus robots functionality. • Support project management, technical delivery, and customer relationship-building to ensure successful, scalable, and high-performing robotic solutions. • Establish and execute clear communication plans; deliver regular, data-driven status updates to stakeholders. • Responsible for the full lifecycle of Locus Robotics warehouse automation deployments, managing everything from planning and installation to post-launch support. • Perform post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for continuous improvement and expansion. • Support on-site preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, repairs, and system upgrades; manage service documentation, RMA, and support tickets (Salesforce). • Act as the primary technical escalation point, providing both on-site and remote support for troubleshooting, mapping, and system improvements.
