Role Description As a Product Marketing Manager at vCluster Labs, you aren't just producing content; you are the connective tissue between what we build and why it matters. You will own the stories that land with enterprise platform teams, AI infrastructure buyers, and the ecosystem partners shaping how AI factories get built. This is a builder role: you write the case studies, script the videos, and ship the launch assets yourself — because only a PMM with command of our messaging and business priorities can get that right. - Content Programs: Own the full content roadmap — customer testimonials, case studies, written guides, and video content. You source the stories, shape the narrative, and produce the final asset. You are not handing this off; you are shipping it. - Product Launches: Drive go-to-market launches for new features end-to-end — positioning, messaging, launch assets, and internal enablement — so every release lands with clarity and momentum. - Sales Enablement: Translate complex technical concepts about tenant clusters, Tenant Isolation, and AI infrastructure into battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch narratives that make the sales team faster and sharper in the field. - Ecosystem & Industry Marketing: Partner with our ecosystem lead to develop content strategy for industry panels, partner spotlights, and events — making sure vCluster Labs shows up with a distinctive and consistent point of view. - Messaging & Positioning: Serve as the keeper of our messaging framework. Ensure every content asset — regardless of channel or author — reflects our brand, aligns to current business priorities, and speaks to the right buyer at the right stage. Qualifications - Messaging and positioning depth: You have built or refreshed a messaging framework from scratch, and you can defend positioning choices with market evidence and customer insight, not just intuition. - Go-to-market launch experience: You have run launches end-to-end — from product brief to post-launch retro — and you know what it takes to create external signal in a crowded infrastructure market. - A portfolio that shows, not tells: Blogs, long-form guides, customer stories, video scripts, social content — your work is findable, high-quality, and speaks to a technical audience without losing a business buyer. - Sales enablement fluency: You have worked directly with sales teams to translate technical depth into buying clarity. You know what a good battle card actually does for a rep in a live deal. - Builder-phase experience: You have joined a company before the playbook was written and thrived. You know how to prioritize ruthlessly and produce output that punches above your team's size. Requirements - Bonus points for: - AI infrastructure background: Experience at or with AI Cloud providers, GPU infrastructure companies, or enterprise AI platform teams. You understand the buying dynamics and vocabulary that enterprise AI factory builders bring to a deal. - Developer and platform community fluency: You have marketed to platform engineering, DevOps, or Kubernetes-native audiences and know how trust is built in open-source ecosystems. - Team-building instinct: You have thought about how to scale a content and PMM function and have opinions about when and how to bring in the next hire. Benefits - Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive compensation package, including equity. - Platinum-Level Insurance: Health, dental, vision, and life Insurance, including plans for you and eligible dependents (benefits vary depending on country). - Flexible Working Schedule: You have a doctor’s appointment or need to head to the supermarket to get groceries at 2pm? We won’t have an issue with that. To us, results matter more than clocking in and out at the same time every day. - Workplace Flexibility: We’re very flexible about where you work. We know things can change in life and we’re happy to adjust the work environment for you along the way. Company Description We are a venture-backed tech startup and the company pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era. We raised +$30M from top-tier VCs such as Khosla Ventures (first investor in OpenAI, GitLab, Stripe, Doordash) and are in a hyper-growth phase looking for motivated people to complement our team. Our headquarters are in San Francisco (Salesforce Tower), but our team is distributed around the globe and we have a remote-first work culture. We are the leading platform for operating GPU infrastructure, enabling AI Cloud providers to deliver a hyperscaler-like experience to their customers and AI factories that need to build that same experience for their internal teams. Our platform delivers the full operational stack operators need to run their GPU data centers — managed Kubernetes, fast isolated tenant provisioning, and automated node provisioning and lifecycle management — enabling them to accelerate time to value, reduce operational burden, and maximize the ROI of every GPU. We're the company behind vCluster, an open-source technology for virtualizing Kubernetes (10k+ GitHub stars, 40M+ virtual clusters created since 2021). Open source is part of our DNA. At KubeCon North America 2025, we launched our Infrastructure Tenancy Platform for AI — a Kubernetes-native framework purpose-built for running AI, ML, and GPU-intensive workloads anywhere, with an NVIDIA-validated reference architecture for DGX systems.

Role Description Help fix customer-centricity at scale. Every company wants to become more customer-centric. At TheyDo, we make that ambition real. Our AI-powered journey management platform helps the world’s largest enterprises align around what matters most: their customers. By bringing scattered data and teams together, we empower smarter decisions and better experiences. What you'll do: - Run end-to-end execution for Tier 1 launches, starting with a major September launch, and introduce a launch tiering framework that separates a quiet release from a market-defining moment. - Own web content strategy across homepage narrative, product pages, solution pages, and product video explainers by industry and persona — currently non-existent for video. - Build the GTM content spine: pitch decks that tell a story, renewal narratives tied to value delivered, and expansion playbooks that turn product releases into land-and-expand moments. - Audit and update existing Sales and CS collateral so the narrative is consistent across every asset the field uses. - Stand up a competitive intelligence cadence — battlecards, win/loss, quarterly reviews — and consolidate intelligence that's scattered across teams into a single source GTM can rely on. - Carry the category narrative through web, launches, enablement, analyst conversations, and customer stories, and shape how we talk about AI in a way that lands with skeptical enterprise buyers. - Translate the platform's AI agent capabilities into positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers who are hungry for substance, not hype. - Build and run your own AI agents as a default part of the workflow — for research, drafting, competitive analysis, and content production. - Brief Product on what the market needs and brief Sales on what Product is shipping, acting as the connective tissue between the two. Qualifications - You've been the de facto PMM function at a B2B SaaS company — a solo or founding PMM seat with an enterprise motion and a complex, multi-product platform. - You've built a launch tiering framework yourself, not inherited one, and can talk concretely about when it worked and when it didn't. - You've owned a website as PMM, not just contributed a paragraph, and you have a point of view on how product pages should read when the product is a platform. - You can take a platform capability and produce a page, a pitch, and a one-liner within hours — and Sales, CS, and customers all read the same words and hear the same story. - You're fluent across both Sales and CS enablement and treat CS enablement as equal in weight. - You use AI as a genuine productivity layer and can talk concretely about how it's changed the way you work. - You can market AI products to enterprise buyers without resorting to hype, and you understand why skepticism is rational and how to earn credibility anyway. - You can move a room in a presentation. - You care about category — you've worked inside a category-defining company, or wish you had, and can articulate what makes a category narrative land versus sink. Requirements - Nice to have: Video content creation from start to finish. - CX background (martech or adjacent spaces also work). - European startup or scale-up experience. Benefits - 💰 Competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity. - 🌍 Fully remote working with flexible hours. - 🩺 Health Insurance benefit. - 🌴 Flexible holiday days — a minimum of 25 days of paid holiday per year (pro rata), in addition to public holidays and an extra three days during our annual company-wide winter shutdown in December. - 🧠 Learning and Development budget. - 🧘‍♂️ Wellbeing budget. - 👪 Paid parental leave — 6 months for the primary carer, and 6 weeks for the secondary carer - fully paid. - 👨‍💻 Home office or co-working support. - 🗺️ Company events. - ⚒️ Latest tech & tools. - 🚀 Continuous growth of our benefits package as we continue to grow in size. Company Description TheyDo created the category of Journey Management, and global enterprises like Ford, Pfizer, Lufthansa, Siemens, and Lloyds now run their businesses on journeys instead of slides. Our mission is clear: Make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world. Our core values are the driving force behind every decision we make: - ‘Journey together’ along a path of collaboration and synchronization. - ‘Own it’ — never shying away from taking action or making decisions. - ‘Cloaks off’ mentality ensures that transparency and integrity reign supreme. - ‘Simply to accelerate' — cutting through complexity to focus on what truly matters. - ‘Customer Fueled’ innovation is at the heart of our work. TheyDo is an equal opportunities employer. We nurture an inclusive culture where everyone feels equally important, no matter their background or status.
