• Define and execute the scientific vision and R&D roadmap aligned with company milestones • Lead the development of XtRNA Bio’s dual tRNA platform (elevation and suppression modalities) • Translate cutting-edge RNA biology into therapeutic strategies with clinical relevance • Oversee lead preclinical programs in focus indications (tRNA elevation in neuromuscular diseases, particularly CMT2D, and tRNA suppression in respiratory diseases, particularly CF) • Guide optimization of AAV-tRNA constructs, including vector design, capsid selection, and delivery strategies • Drive development of synthetic tRNA delivery systems to the respiratory tract • Supervise in vivo and in vitro studies, including rodent and NHP models, biomarker development, and functional endpoints • Drive IND-enabling studies, including biodistribution, toxicology, and dose-finding • Identify and characterize potential clinical applications of the XtRNA platform • Further develop and optimize our delivery modalities • Engage with relevant academic partners for PoC studies • Develop and nurture a dedicated Scientific Advisory Board • Partner with teams in CMC and vector manufacturing, regulatory and clinical strategy, intellectual property and business development • Align scientific execution with fundraising, partnerships, and corporate milestones • Establish a culture of scientific excellence, rigor, and innovation • Interface with external collaborators, KOLs, and Scientific Advisory Board members • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary R&D team in the long term • Present scientific progress to investors, partners, and scientific conferences • Contribute to publications, patents, and company visibility

• Responsible for designing and executing the US Site Engagement strategy aligned to GSK’s clinical development priorities • Focus on accelerating study start‑up, enrollment, and site performance across Oncology, Respiratory, Vaccines, and other therapeutic areas • Ensures high site performance, proactive engagement, and collaboration across the US • Oversight, management and leadership of the country level activities of the Site Engagement Lead (SEL) • Accountable for successful delivery of clinical trials across all therapeutic areas in both pharma and vaccines • Develop and execute a US site engagement strategy to optimize clinical trial site performance • Translate site landscape intelligence, performance data, and external trends into actionable strategies • Responsible for overseeing growth in site relationships and building GSK’s reputation as a “sponsor of choice” for clinical trial sites • Provide strategic input for operational excellence, process efficiency and trial delivery both internally and externally

Role Description As IT Director DACH, you will take the lead in shaping and coordinating the regional IT landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll become the key connection between local business operations and the Eurofins network’s central IT organisation, helping to ensure that technology supports both operational excellence and long-term strategic goals. In this role, you will oversee an IT organisation of approximately 50–60 professionals supporting 20 laboratories across 12 locations in 3 countries, serving around 1,700 employees. Your leadership will directly influence business continuity in a fast-paced, business-critical environment where system availability is essential, and downtime can immediately impact operations. - Guide and develop local IT teams through their team leaders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Help local teams successfully integrate with central IT functions, driving alignment with group-wide platforms, standards, and delivery models. - Act as the primary IT coordination and escalation point for the DACH organisation. - Support the transition toward a more centralised IT operating model by simplifying processes, reducing fragmentation, and encouraging consistent ways of working. - Lead change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of centrally delivered systems and services. - Work closely with business stakeholders and European IT teams to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions. - Balance local business priorities with group-wide governance, ensuring both flexibility and standardisation where needed. - Operate within a matrix organisation, reporting directly to the National Business Line Leader with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the IT Director Food Europe. Qualifications - Extensive experience in senior IT leadership roles within centralised or matrix organisations. - A proven track record of managing multiple teams and leading organisational transformation initiatives. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to build trust across business and IT functions. - Solid knowledge of enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and operational IT platforms. - Confidence working within structured governance models where collaboration with central functions is essential. - Strong financial and operational awareness, including experience with IT budgeting, cost management, and financial steering. - A deep understanding of high-availability, 24/7 operational environments and the critical business impact of IT stability and system uptime. - You are someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex IT environments. - Fluent English and German is a must.
