RCM-RPIE Technician
Facility Services Management
Role Description This RCM/RPIE Technician position will be part of a traveling team that provides RCM start-up, inventory/database review and implementation, and other specialized tasks across all company jobsites which covers the entire globe. - Assist in standing up the RCM programs for various field business units. Tasks may include: - Verification of RCM-Eligible Equipment - Complete Equipment Criticality - Setup Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) procedures for RCM-Eligible Equipment - Develop and submit RCM Implementation Plan to the program manager - Coordinate RCM Data Collection with on-site staff - Provide RCM training to ensure qualified/certified personnel are in place to administer RCM - Assist with overseeing the schedules and project timelines for RCM start-ups - Provide RCM baseline data report - Maintain drawings, building files, and maintenance records during the RCM Start-up - Conduct Infrared inspections for electrical systems, roofing systems, and building envelope for non-full RCM sites - Assist in the OMPR and/or RPIE validation on an as-needed basis - Assist in site assessments and provide all collected data to the Travel Team Lead - Assist with fire alarm/suppression inspections and testing as needed - Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing the required personal safety equipment Qualifications - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong interpersonal skills - Must possess a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record - Willing and able to travel to various business sites - Ability to read, write, and speak English - Must possess or be able to obtain a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) - Will also have or gain proficiency in required RCM software - Must be willing to travel up to 75% - Medical Gas Maintenance/inspection Certifications (Preferred) - Level 2 in one or more condition monitoring technologies (Preferred) Requirements - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - Three (3) years related experience in healthcare facilities (Preferred) - Shall possess knowledge of maintenance fundamentals - Shall have detailed knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance tools Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to travel to job locations by automobile and/or commercial airline.
