This role will drive end-to-end execution across multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Analytics, and Design. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical program management expertise, experience managing complex software initiatives, and the ability to drive alignment, execution, and delivery in fast-paced Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end technical program execution including planning, delivery, dependency management, and risk mitigation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Architecture teams to align program goals and execution plans. Manage project roadmaps, milestones, sprint visibility, and cross-team collaboration across multiple initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication, escalation management, and roadmap prioritization. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), delivery tracking, and executive-level program status reporting. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of Technical Program Management or Product/Program Management experience. Experience managing highly complex technical initiatives across multiple software engineering teams. Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and cross-functional stakeholder management experience. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration tools Strong program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation experience. Industry Experience: SaaS or Enterprise Software Experience Preferred

• Support the planning and execution of work for two cross-functional delivery teams focused on modernizing existing state and federal digital services and websites. • Work closely with team members and clients to help prioritize deliverables based on agreed-upon roadmaps. • Coordinate releases, track dependencies, and ensure work stays aligned to timelines and desired outcomes. • Strengthen how teams operate: refining intake and prioritization, improving Agile ceremonies, clarifying roles and decision paths.

• Own end-to-end delivery from planning to production & hypercare • Define scope, roadmap, milestones, and sprint plans • Manage Agile ceremonies and sprint execution • Coordinate with engineering, AI/ML, and stakeholders • Track delivery KPIs, risks, and release health • Maintain project artefacts (RAID logs, dashboards, reports) • Handle client communication and escalations • Ensure timely, high-quality AI product delivery

Role Description In this role, you will be part of the New Region & Multi-cloud delivery TPM team within the Data Center Delivery organization and own the end-to-end execution of various data center infrastructure projects. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to data center delivery will be crucial in maintaining project timelines. This is a high-impact role that will lead, drive, and ensure the successful delivery of critical global data center infrastructure builds. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across various stakeholders including: - Design - Engineering - Operations - Supply Chain - Network Delivery This role is remote but will require about 25% travel.
