• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure solutions • Administer and optimize Linux production environments (tuning, hardening, troubleshooting) • Develop scripts and automation tools for provisioning, deployment, and operations • Support database maintenance, performance tuning, and high availability, with a focus on NoSQL • Participate in end-to-end infrastructure projects — from architecture design to delivery • Collaborate with development, data, and product teams to define technical solutions • Contribute to observability practices (monitoring, logs, metrics) and continuous improvement • Document processes, runbooks, and architectures to strengthen the team’s technical knowledge base
Job Requirements
- Strong experience administering Linux environments (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS, or similar)
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid)
- Solid programming skills, preferably in Python (Go, Bash or other languages will also be considered)
- Experience with process automation and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, or similar)
- Deep knowledge of databases, with hands-on experience in NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, ScyllaDB, DynamoDB, or similar)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
- Analytical ability and skill in solving complex problems
- Good communication skills and a collaborative profile to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Intermediate English for reading technical documentation
- Desired:**
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for hybrid scenarios
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar)
- Previous work in high-scale, high-availability environments or SRE roles

Role Description The Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering, execution, and delivery of industrial control and automation projects, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, contractual commitments, and Rockwell Automation standards.
