Role Description Sheer Logistics is seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to join our team and lead both internal and customer-facing initiatives. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Implementation, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, driving communication, managing resources, and ensuring successful project execution from initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across internal and customer-facing initiatives - Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders - Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution - Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues - Facilitate status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources - Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and workflows - Support process improvement initiatives - Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required - 3–5 years of project management experience - Experience managing internal and client-facing projects - Strong understanding of project management methodologies - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Experience with Excel and project management tools Requirements - Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain (Bonus) - Experience with system implementations (Bonus) - Familiarity with integration or automation tools (Bonus) Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage - HRA and FSA - 401K retirement plan - Vacation and Sick time, paid holidays - Short and Long-Term Disability Income - Term Life and AD&D Insurance - Employee Assistance Program Compensation Details Competitive salary and bonus opportunity. In this role, you will work closely to support our lead estimator by streamlining the bidding process. You will be instrumental in organizing bid documents, leveraging AI to analyze project scopes, and ensuring our estimating pipeline runs efficiently and accurately.
