Junior Inside Sales Representative

• Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital • Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications • Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings • Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system • Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion • Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Role Description The Commercial Account Executive will produce new business sales revenue from software licenses within customers in the FL area with 1,000 to 5,000 employees. JOB SUMMARY:  The Specialty Sales Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography following launch.
