Role Description The IT Asset Coordinator is a member of the Service Management Office (SMO) and supports the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program across the Jamf enterprise. Reporting to the IT Asset Manager, this person will assist in maintaining accurate asset records, supporting audits, and helping to ensure the health of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a foundation in IT asset management, ITIL practices, and ServiceNow. This role is offered as remote.
