Role Description We are currently searching for a Test Lead Automation: - Execute end-to-end regression testing for vendor releases, enhancements, and configuration changes across learning platforms. - Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in close partnership with business stakeholders. - Maintain, update, and execute automated test scripts specifically using Playwright. - Identify opportunities to expand automation coverage as platform capabilities evolve and analyze automation runs. - Communicate and track defects with vendors to ensure quick resolution and validate fixes across sandbox and production environments. - Document comprehensive test results, including defects and evidence, using Jira and qTest. - Provide secondary BSA support, including reviewing requirements and translating business needs into testable acceptance criteria. - Partner with the Technical Lead to identify test scenarios, potential risks, and edge cases early in the cycle. - Assist with basic ticket triage and coordinate vendor follow-ups as needed. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Test Lead with a strong focus on Automation. - Hands-on experience with Playwright for creating and executing automated regression scripts. - Expertise in Jira and qTest for defect tracking and test documentation. - Solid background in end-to-end regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Experience in Learning Systems or complex vendor-based platforms is highly valued. - Ability to provide BSA support, including requirement clarification and validation. - High ownership and proactive communication skills to raise risks early. - Advanced Oral English. - Advanced Spanish. • Maintain and optimize a secure low-code application platform and its associated infrastructure across cloud-hosted IL environments • Develop and implement automation workflows for provisioning, configuration management, and continuous integration/delivery • Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and scripts using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible • Integrate automated compliance, patching, and scanning processes aligned with RMF and DISA STIG requirements • Implement and sustain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, secure delivery of applications and system updates • Automate performance monitoring, alerting, and logging through tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Grafana • Manage system hardening and vulnerability remediation workflows to ensure continuous compliance • Support cloud services and resources including compute, networking, and storage configurations across IL2–IL5 environments • Collaborate with platform engineers and security teams to ensure automation processes support Zero Trust and RMF standards • Develop scripts to streamline data synchronization, backup, and recovery processes • Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and automation scripts • Participate in Agile sprint activities and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives

• Develop system architectures and data flows for biologics, pharmaceutical, and advanced therapy manufacturing (DCS, PLC/SCADA, MES, historians, network layers) • Develop product recipe strategies across the full application layer of ERP, MES and DCS Batch • Ensure architecture supports scalability, cybersecurity, data integrity, and multi-product flexibility • Lead the creation, review, and approval of: URS (User Requirements Specifications), FRS (Functional Requirements Specifications), DS / DDS (Design Specifications), Functional & Control Narratives, Recipe Design Documentation (ISA-88 compliant) • Configure, program, and deploy Digital System within the manufacturing environment • Support integration of OEM skids: bioreactors, chromatography systems, filtration skids, CIP/SIP, and fill finish equipment • Lead deviation investigations, CAPAs, and risk assessments related to Digital systems • Serve as SME for troubleshooting, system optimization, batch failure analysis, and performance enhancements • Collaborate with IT/OT, process engineering, MSAT, quality, and capital project teams to deliver integrated system solutions • Mentor junior engineers and act as technical SME during audits and regulatory inspections

• Assist in building and maintaining security automation workflows and playbooks in SOAR platforms to streamline investigation, triage, and response actions • Develop PowerShell and Python scripts for security enrichment, remediation, and basic forensic functions • Assist with SIEM query integration into automated workflows to provide context for security investigations • Learn AI workflow concepts and assist with implementation under guidance • Apply data parsing techniques using JSON and Regular Expressions for security data manipulation • Partner with SOC analysts and engineering teams to identify high-value automation opportunities • Proactively collaborate with Falcon Complete SOC analysts to gather feedback and identify automation opportunities • Maintain version control of automation scripts and workflows using Git platforms • Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and contribute ideas for analyst productivity improvements • Stay current with emerging technologies in SOAR, automation, and AI, and evaluate their application to MDR operations
