• Lead the design and implementation of secure system architectures across multiple IL environments (IL2–IL5) in compliance with DoD and NIST standards • Define and validate security requirements throughout the system lifecycle, including hardware, software, and cloud components • Conduct risk assessments, security architecture reviews, and threat modeling to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and control baselines for ATO documentation and continuous monitoring • Implement Zero Trust principles including segmentation, strong identity management, encryption, and telemetry integration • Support and maintain RMF accreditation artifacts (SSP, SAR, POA&M, etc.) and ensure traceability to implemented controls • Integrate security automation and continuous compliance within DevSecOps pipelines using tools such as Tenable ACAS, AWS Inspector, and Twistlock • Collaborate with network, platform, and application teams to align technical implementations with cybersecurity policy and architecture standards • Define and enforce data protection and key management solutions (KMS, TDE, PKI) within AWS GovCloud and hybrid environments • Support vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and penetration testing coordination • Maintain awareness of evolving DoD cyber policies, cloud standards, and emerging security technologies to proactively improve posture • Lead technical deep dives and architecture reviews for proposed changes to ensure secure system evolution • Contribute to incident response readiness, ensuring forensic tools, audit logs, and alerting mechanisms are in place • Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and administrators on secure configuration management, encryption, and boundary protection

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes supporting ingestion, transformation, and validation of mission data • Develop and optimize data models and schemas across relational and non-relational databases to support system integrations and analytics • Collaborate with system architects, integration developers, and data analysts to ensure data consistency, security, and integrity across cloud environments • Implement data migration and synchronization between legacy systems, applications, and modern cloud platforms • Utilize AWS services (Glue, Lambda, S3, RDS, Redshift, Kinesis) to build and sustain scalable and fault-tolerant data infrastructure • Support data validation and reconciliation, performing quality checks and developing reports to ensure accuracy • Integrate data from APIs, streaming sources, and file-based systems into centralized repositories or data lakes • Automate data workflows using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD principles to ensure repeatability and efficiency • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational reliability • Implement data encryption, masking, and access controls in compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF requirements • Support development of dashboards and analytics products, enabling data-driven insights for mission stakeholders • Maintain documentation and metadata repositories, including data dictionaries, lineage, and technical specifications • Participate in Agile sprints, contributing to backlog refinement, testing, and cross-functional collaboration

• Lead full-stack software development for case management and workflow automation modules • Implement microservices-based architecture supporting modular, scalable functionality across CMA systems • Design and integrate RESTful APIs enabling data synchronization between user interfaces, reporting dashboards, and backend services • Develop secure, responsive front-end components aligned with human-centered design principles to optimize user interaction and accessibility • Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines • Ensure code and configuration compliance with DoD cybersecurity baselines, including DISA STIG and RMF standards • Optimize data access and application performance through caching, indexing, and asynchronous service calls • Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and regression tests to support Agile delivery cycles • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure iterative delivery and continuous feedback integration • Support deployment readiness by ensuring baseline documentation, configuration tracking, and version control are complete and current • Conduct peer code reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and mentor junior developers • Troubleshoot application defects and performance issues, providing Tier 3 support during critical incidents • Collaborate with business analysts and end users to ensure functional designs align with mission workflows

• Translate user and business requirements into modern, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) • Implement user-centered design (UCD) and human-centered design (HCD) principles to improve usability and accessibility for DoD mission users • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design intent • Ensure front-end components conform to Section 508 and WCAG 2.x accessibility standards and DoD Manual 8400.01 requirements • Develop and maintain cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, optimizing performance for low bandwidth and high-latency environments such as ships or remote deployments • Conduct UI/UX performance testing and benchmarking, documenting findings and improvement plans for iterative design cycles • Support integration of case management and reporting workflows through intuitive layouts and data visualizations • Collaborate with backend developers, data engineers, and architects to ensure seamless integration between front-end and system APIs • Implement data compression, caching, and image optimization techniques to improve load times and scalability • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous design improvement • Maintain version control discipline through repositories such as AWS CodeCommit or GitHub Enterprise • Provide input to documentation and design standards ensuring consistent UI/UX presentation across the system lifecycle

Job Responsibilities Handles outage and maintenance tickets servicing more than 20000 users through onsite and remote troubleshooting assistance for layer 1 – 3 issues, hardware installations of new and upgraded routers, switches, COMSEC/TACLANES, McAfee intrusion prevention systems, Aruba wireless controllers, Riverbed Steelhead WANX’s, device configurations and reconfigurations, and LAN/WAN outage recovery. Troubleshooting outages and resolve network related issues. Local element for COMSEC – given briefings on troubleshooting TACLANES, Trained to re-key the TACLANES. Install and upgrade network devices and components. This includes switches, routers, and network monitoring devices. Expected to understand, implement, and follow processes in accordance with current policies and procedures. Performed escalation and additional tasks as directed. Investigate, resolve, documente, and reporte the cause and corrective actions in the Incident Management System for all incidents assigned by the Service Desk.
