Qualifications - Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and integration patterns. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge of other enterprise IT systems, middleware, and database technologies. - Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Requirements - Proven experience in a leadership role related to Mulesoft and additional Integration platform. - 10+ Years of experience in the Mulesoft/Salesforce ecosystem. - Deep understanding of Mulesoft architecture, design patterns and best practices with extensive experience designing solutions, leading architectural/integration discussions. - May hold advanced certifications such as Mulesoft platform Integration Architect. Education/Certification - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - Mulesoft certifications are highly desired.
