Serve on the 401(k) Committee, manage plan operations, ensure ERISA compliance, and drive improvements in participation and retirement readiness. - U.S. Leaves Strategy and Administration: Own build and administration of U.S. leave programs (FMLA, disability, parental leave, and more), ensuring regulatory compliance and a seamless employee experience. - Wellbeing and Program Innovation: Build well-rounded wellbeing programs across physical, mental, financial, and emotional health. Measure impact, drive engagement, and develop communication strategies that bring benefits to life. - Governance, Compliance & Operations: Lead compliance across all Americas benefits programs (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and beyond). Maintain governance, documentation, and controls while partnering with HR Technology and Operations to keep processes scalable and accurate. - Leadership and Cross-Functional Partnership: Lead and develop a high-performing benefits and leave team. Act as a trusted advisor to People Operations and collaborate across HRBPs, DEI, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Communications for aligned execution. Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive experience leading Benefits or Total Rewards, in the high-tech industry, with deep U.S. expertise and demonstrated experience supporting multi-country programs. - People leadership experience, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams. - Proven track record leading sophisticated vendor relationships including RFPs, contract negotiations, and performance management. - Solid background in benefits cost management, financial modeling, and identifying cost-saving strategies at scale. - Hands-on experience with U.S. leave programs and regulations, including FMLA and state-mandated leaves. - Experience partnering closely with Finance and Legal on strategy, compliance, and executive-level decision-making. You Might Also Have - Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation or International Foundation of Employee Benefits global certification. - Experience in a global or high-growth technology company. - Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to influence decisions and drive outcomes. - Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex benefits topics for senior leaders and employees alike. - A track record of driving change, modernization, and operational improvements in benefits administration.
