• Administer and configure Jira and Confluence environments • Manage user access, groups, and project roles • Create and maintain custom workflows, issue types, screens, fields, filters, dashboards • Develop and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation • Assist in integrating Jira with tools (Slack, HubSpot, etc.) • Support and train users on Jira best practices

Job Requirements
