Territory Manager

• proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers • managing existing accounts • selling various multi-channel solutions • sourcing and growing sales with new business • supporting existing business through personal and professional relationships with customers • developing assigned territory by building and maintaining the Playbook and utilizing the CRM (Salesforce) tool on a frequent basis • understanding specific needs of customers • delivering value by providing customized solutions via presentations • partnering with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals • attending 4 to 6 auction sales, 1 to 2 days each within the region • overnight travel approximately 5 to 7 days per month

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
  • valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
  • Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred
  • Experience in quota-driven sales required (Industry experience/knowledge highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
