Field Clinical Specialist – South West Europe

• The Field Clinical Specialist is responsible for the training, support and adoption of OrganOx’s products. • Teach and train users in the correct manner to ensure our products are used safely and effectively. • Maintain the relationship with the relevant clinical transplant teams. • Home based but will require frequent travel to allocated transplantation centers (40%-60%). • Partake in the 24/7 on-call rota (including weekends and holidays) for on-site or remote support. • Promote the benefits of OrganOx’s products with customers. • Facilitate the sharing of customer experiences to support adoption of OrganOx products. • Arrange user groups to facilitate shared learning. • Track account performance, clinical progression, and supports forecasting of system usage and consumables set allocation. • Ensure customer data are maintained in the relevant database and all regulatory customer consent is collected and documented. • Support the Commercial management team in prospecting and generating new customer leads.
**Position Summary ** The Clinical Specialist will be primarily responsible for training and supporting users of our products. This includes teaching and training users in the correct manner to ensure our products are used safely and effectively - both for the preservation of organs prior to transplant, and for various clinical and non-clinical research studies. The role of Clinical Specialist will involve global travel, primarily within North America, visiting leading sites of transplantation surgery. This means the Clinical Specialist will be required to work after business hours, including nights, weekends and some very long days, which is the norm due to the unpredictable nature of organ donation and transplantation.
• The Senior Data Analyst is responsible to deliver insightful metrics, reports, and dashboards to support our business. • The role requires collaboration with other analysts, data engineers, data product managers, and business stakeholders. • Ensure that data analysis and reporting is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions. • Cleanse data and scrutinize computer-generated reports and outputs to identify and rectify coding errors. • Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party sources and ensure the upkeep of databases and data systems. • Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights. • Identify opportunities for process improvements. • Engage with managers to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes. • Design scripts and tools to automatically extract large volumes of data from websites or other digital sources, improving efficiency and availability. • Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets. • Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights. • Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments. • Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights. • Manage and update databases to ensure they are secure, accessible, and functioning properly. • Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities. • Adhere to the letter and spirit of OrganOx’s Code of Conduct and all other company policies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales, North America to develop and execute sales strategy and plan in accordance with company directives. • Must identify and address potential barriers to the appropriate integration and adoption of designated products and the ability to identify potential new customers and opportunities. • Responsible for sales and customer support in a designated territory. • Implements and executes the launch strategies developed by the Sales and Marketing organization by providing product introductions and in-services for customers. • Completes a thorough analysis of the territory and identifies key target accounts. • Responsible for generating and following-up on sales leads. • Monitors competition by gathering information and share with marketing team. • Builds relationships daily with multiple customers within an account and keeps them informed of supply/inventory. • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management. • Supports market development efforts to increase the number of patients available to receive our treatment. • Supports Director of Marketing and VP Clinical Engagement in the execution of education programs for physicians and other health professionals involved in the use of metra in order to accelerate the adoption rate. • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs via professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills which routinely involve virtual and large in-person presentations. • Work cohesively with Clinical Specialists, marketing, medical, leadership, and overall matrix team to meet customer needs. • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and its products. • Ability to prioritize and comfortably manage a large geography requiring routine air travel and overnights. • Adhering to the letter and spirit of OrganOx’s Code of Conduct and all other company policies.

Role Description The Clinical Specialist will be primarily responsible for training and supporting users of our products. This includes teaching and training users in the correct manner to ensure our products are used safely and effectively - both for the preservation of organs prior to transplant, and for various clinical and non-clinical research studies. The role of Clinical Specialist will involve global travel, primarily within North America, visiting leading sites of transplantation surgery. This means the Clinical Specialist will be required to work after business hours, including nights, weekends and some very long days, which is the norm due to the unpredictable nature of organ donation and transplantation. - Train and support organ retrieval and transplant teams in the use of the OrganOx metra according to OrganOx’s policies and procedures. - Generally, on-call 24/7 for about 15 days a month (including holidays and weekends) for remote and onsite support. - Organize Site Initiation & Refresher Visits, training sessions (in person and remote) and centralized training events. - Effective and timely communication with transplant teams, internal management and coworkers. - Create and write case study review with guidance for senior colleagues. - When not on call, support managers, directors and other internal staff in various assignments, either remotely or onsite. - May participate in R&D activities in lab settings under the direction of management. - Work with liver transplant teams to collect data on livers perfused and preserved on the metra to build up a database of product performance and use. - Ensure vendor credentialing requirements are current and able to pass routine background checks and drug screens. - Attend local, regional, national, and international meetings and conferences, in person or virtually, on behalf of OrganOx as a supporter, participant, or presenter as needed. - Develop and maintain positive working relationships in connection with end users of all levels. - Perform administrative tasks related to expenses, email, and other communication activities. - Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable. - Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work. - Other duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Support. Qualifications - BS degree in combination with equivalent medical experience, with 3+ years’ experience in ICU, ECMO, Cath Lab, OR, Transplant, and ED. - Must be highly flexible and willing to support sites as needed within and across North America. - Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively and build rapport with internal and external contacts. - Excellent customer facing skills. - Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure. - Must be able to enthusiastically work at fast pace in dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Requirements - A licensed RN, RT, RD and/or a health science-related degree (preferred). - Industry experience in pharmaceutical or medical device (preferred). - Travel: Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time for training, investigator meetings, monitoring responsibilities, corporate meetings, and educational seminars. - Physical Demands: Regularly required to talk, hear, and speak; may require sitting for significant periods of the day while working on the computer; must occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. - Work Environment: This is a work-from-anywhere, remote job wherein meetings and collaborations can occur across multiple time zones. - Work Accessibility: Must live within an hour of a major airport.
