Sales Enablement Specialist
Align Technology
• Support the design, development, and delivery of sales training programs, including onboarding support, role-based training, and ongoing skills development • Create, update, and maintain sales enablement materials and documentation across the sales lifecycle, including product knowledge, messaging, objection handling, and competitive insights • Regularly review and refresh enablement content to ensure alignment with current offerings, sales priorities, and market trends • Support sales process optimization efforts by documenting workflows, best practices, and sales methodologies • Partner with Sales Leadership and Operations to support effective CRM usage, data accuracy, and reporting discipline • Administer and support sales enablement tools and technologies, helping drive adoption and day-to-day effectiveness • Maintain and organize a central sales content repository, ensuring assets are up to date, accessible, and easy for sellers to use • Gather ongoing feedback from the sales team to continually improve enablement materials, tools, and processes • Maintain and update the Sales Playbook, partnering closely with Product Marketing and Sales stakeholders • Support e-learning initiatives, leveraging tools like Synthesia to develop engaging content • Track and report on sales enablement metrics and KPIs, supporting analysis of program effectiveness and seller performance • Pull and analyze CRM and sales performance reports related to activity, pipeline, and conversion trends • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on launches, updates, and initiatives • Support regular sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 2+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role within a B2B or enterprise sales environment
- Solid understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, and CRM platforms, with the ability to support consistent execution
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, reports, and performance metrics to inform enablement efforts
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, learning management systems (LMS), and content management systems (CMS)
- Proficient in navigating Salesforce, with experience in building reports and dashboards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
- Prior client-facing or sales-facing experience with an understanding of real-world sales challenges and buyer interactions
