• Measure success through strong quality outcomes, reduced risk, and the organisation’s ability to scale without compromising trust or accuracy. • Own the quality strategy and governance for your area, setting direction, success measures. • Provide strong leadership, ensuring clear ownership, strong performance, and effective collaboration within the team. • Work closely with senior stakeholders to translate quality needs into clear decisions and improvements, aligning standards, tooling, and ways of working so quality remains a core enabler of both customer satisfaction and product excellence. • Build and evolve quality operations that supports accurate, reliable, and scalable identity verification. • Guide quality strategy and governance across products and operations by providing data-driven insight and recommendations. • Translate quality needs into clear priorities, decisions, and requirements. • Work closely with Product, Go To Market, Operations, and other stakeholders to manage quality impact and risk. • Use data and quality insights to identify trends, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure processes and tooling keep pace with growing complexity and scale. • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and partners, managing expectations and aligning on priorities. • Lead and support a quality operations team to deliver strong outcomes and sustainable performance.
Job Requirements
- Experience leading quality operations, quality assurance, or quality control in a scaled, complex operational environment.
- Strong understanding of quality metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and risk management, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- A technical and product-oriented mindset, with the ability to work closely with Product and Engineering partners.
- Experience using data to support customer-facing discussions, clearly explaining quality standards, limitations, and trade-offs in a way that builds trust and alignment.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including negotiating priorities, managing expectations, and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex quality topics into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
- Comfortable operating in environments with evolving complexity, ambiguity, and scale.
- Curious, empathetic, responsible, and creative.
- Motivated by finding solutions - when you understand the 'why,' you will figure out the 'how.'
- Fluent in English.

• Perform verification of loan documents as per standard Operating Guidelines Mortgage-Home Loan conventional and Islamic. • Verify all disbursal documents provided by Sales team (KYC, application form, Offer letter, loan agreement, property docs, insurance policies and undertakings) and ensure documentation is in line with Credit approval and SOP guidelines. • Prepare documentation check list for all credit documents required as per offer letter and record observations / discrepancies in check list and raise exceptions. • Execute loan disbursals and ensure loan fields are updated as per documents provided in system. • Ensure financial transactions are posted without error and forwarded to Checker for authorization. • Handling loan servicing requests (loan settlement, postponement, rescheduling, Due date Change, Insurance switch, loan amendments & Issuance of release letters post loan settlement) review of customer docs and approvals and transaction execution in system. • Ensure ADM’s are adhered to for transaction processing. • To ensure appropriate controls are in place and maker checker process is followed for documentation check and transaction execution. • Ensure that quality is maintained in documentation review and transaction execution. • Perform verification of loan documents as per SME standard Operating Guidelines. • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and forwarded the cases to Checker for authorization. • Perform verification of loan documents as per car loan standard Operating guidelines. • Execute lien / releases in system as per loan document / customer request. • Ensure that quality and accuracy while documentation review and transaction execution. • Ensure MIS tracker are updated in timely manner and circulated to key business stake holders. • Perform GL reconciliations within agreed timelines and ensure NIL exceptions, circulate the reports to all stake holders.
