• Own delivery operations at a fast-growing UK content agency • run the weekly control sheet • coordinate editors, shooters, account managers, and support staff • assign and rebalance work • chase blockers aggressively • enforce deadlines • spot operational risks before clients feel them • make sure work is moving every single day • Build and own the weekly delivery control sheet across all active clients • Turn shoots, footage, client requests, and internal discussions into clear actions fast • Enforce deadlines and follow up aggressively when work is slipping • Identify blockers early and make sure every blocker has an owner and next action • Keep work flowing across clipping, editing, approvals, revisions, and delivery • Run operational and production allocation meetings with clarity and control • Maintain operational hygiene across boards, folders, workflows, and production tracking • Reduce chaos, confusion, bottlenecks, and reactive firefighting as the company scales

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, project management, production coordination, delivery management, or a similar fast-paced role
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple moving tasks, deadlines, and priorities without losing oversight
  • Comfortable leading teams, coordinating people, and driving accountability
  • Confident enforcing deadlines and keeping projects moving forward
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good judgement when deciding what needs escalation versus what can be solved independently
  • Brownie points for: Agency experience
  • Experience working in content, creative, or production-heavy environments

Role Description Over The Moon is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics operations across wholesale, ecommerce, and 3PL fulfillment. This role will serve as the primary operational lead managing our relationship with our third-party logistics partner, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely inbound and outbound shipments, smooth vendor communication, and strong reporting visibility across the business. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, operationally minded, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively solve problems, and help build scalable logistics processes as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities - 3PL & Fulfillment Management - Act as the primary point of contact for Over The Moon’s 3PL partner, overseeing daily communication, issue resolution, and operational performance. - Monitor inbound receipts, outbound fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, ASN tracking, routing compliance, and shipping timelines. - Partner closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving, packing, fulfillment, and return processing standards. - Escalate and resolve shipping delays, inventory variances, operational bottlenecks, and fulfillment issues in a timely manner. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve fulfillment workflows, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiencies. - Wholesale Logistics & Vendor Coordination - Manage outbound wholesale shipments and coordinate routing, shipping timelines, and documentation with wholesale partners and vendors. - Communicate directly with vendors regarding shipment readiness, routing instructions, carton details, delivery timelines, and freight coordination. - Oversee shipment tracking and ensure all wholesale orders are delivered accurately and on time. - Support purchase order tracking and inventory movement across channels. - Partner with internal buying, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order lifecycle management. - Reporting & Operational Oversight - Own and maintain logistics and fulfillment reporting across ecommerce and wholesale operations. - Track and report on key operational metrics including fulfillment SLAs, shipping performance, inventory discrepancies, return trends, and operational KPIs. - Build and maintain reporting dashboards and operational trackers to improve visibility across teams. - Assist with forecasting operational needs and identifying areas for process optimization and scalability. - Support reconciliation efforts related to freight, shipping expenses, and warehouse operations. - Cross-Functional Operations Support - Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Buying, Finance, and Operations teams to support day-to-day business needs. - Assist with operational SOP development and process documentation. - Help implement and optimize operational tools and systems across logistics workflows. - Support special operational projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
