Role Description As a Senior Software Engineer within the AI Practice, you will play a key hands-on role in designing, building and operating secure, scalable and highly automated software solutions for our customers. - Bring a strong DevOps mindset, taking ownership of solutions across the full lifecycle — from design and build through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. - Customer-facing and delivery-focused, working on AI-enabled and cloud-native solutions using modern, automation-first engineering practices. Key Responsibilities - Design, build and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages, cloud platforms and DevOps tooling. - Apply a DevOps and automation-first approach across infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, deployment, testing and operations. - Engineer secure, scalable and observable systems using modern DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code and automated quality controls. - Take ownership of services in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning and reliability improvements. - Work directly with customers to understand requirements, shape technical solutions and clearly communicate progress, risks and outcomes. - Troubleshoot complex issues across application code, integrations, infrastructure and cloud services. - Contribute to shared DevOps tooling, reusable components, infrastructure-as-code patterns and engineering standards within the AI Practice. - Collaborate closely with other engineers and delivery leads to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. - Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools, technologies and patterns to improve delivery efficiency and platform reliability. Qualifications - Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer working across multiple technology stacks. - Proven DevOps experience, with a strong automation-first engineering mindset. - Experience designing, deploying and supporting production systems using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. - Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and apply them effectively in customer environments. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across software, infrastructure and cloud platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in customer-facing roles. - Hands-on experience with: - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or similar) - CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling - C# (.NET 8+) and/or Java (Spring) - JavaScript using a modern framework (React, Angular or similar) - Bash and PowerShell - AWS, ideally including Amazon Connect - Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Linux environments Nice to Have - Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL - Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies - Exposure to Azure - Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Experience with Go - Experience with VMware - Telephony or IVR experience Benefits - Pension Scheme - Remote/Flexible work - Life insurance - Private health - Plus many more! • Work on billable product implementation, enhancement, integration or audit projects • Design, develop, and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications using C Business Functions (C BSFNs), NER, and UBE development tools • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions • Customize and maintain JDE modules such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Procurement based on organizational needs • Develop and optimize Orchestrations, BSSV, and REST integrations with external systems • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies • Participate in full SDLC activities including design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test plans, and deployment instructions • Support JDE upgrades, ESUs, and system patches, ensuring compatibility and stability • Work closely with CNC administrators to ensure smooth environment migrations and performance tuning • Provide ongoing production support and participate in on-call rotation as needed

Role Description - Architect and build complex integrations, orchestrations, and transformations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Execute data conversion, imports, and exports using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL). - Develop, test, and manage secure REST and SOAP APIs utilizing OAuth 2.0 and certificate-based authentication. - Write technical specifications, mapping documents, and design documents based on functional requirements. - Provide expert-level debugging, performance tuning, and 24/7 support for production integration issues. - Develop advanced BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards. - Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in development, versioning, and deployment. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in OIC, with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects. - Deep knowledge of OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), ICS, or SOACS. - Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and Java/JavaScript. - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (Finance/HCM/SCM). - Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (OCE).
