Role Description Davies North America is seeking an experienced Casualty Field Adjuster to handle liability and casualty-related field investigations, including: - Scene inspections - Statements - Liability development - Field documentation - Support for bodily injury or general liability claim handling This role is ideal for a field professional who can: - Investigate losses - Inspect sites - Document findings - Evaluate damages and exposures - Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, carriers, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders The successful candidate will bring strong technical judgment, professional communication, and the ability to manage field assignments efficiently and accurately. Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role with earnings paid at 42% commission, supported by a bi-weekly draw of $1500.00. Qualifications - 3+ years of adjusting experience - Active adjuster license(s) and the ability to obtain additional licenses as required - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Ability to travel locally and regionally within the assigned territory - Experience handling field claims in bodily injury, auto and home liability, general liability, or commercial equipment - Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills - Comfort using claims platforms, mobile documentation tools, and estimating/reporting systems - Ability to work independently while managing deadlines, territory activity, and service expectations - Strong investigative mindset with high attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Professional presence when interacting with insureds, claimants, attorneys, vendors, and carrier representatives - Ability to manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities in a fast-paced field environment Requirements - Conduct investigations for assigned claims - Inspect or remotely manage inspections of property, structures, vehicles, equipment, or accident scenes as required by assignment - Document damages, conditions, causation indicators, and other relevant findings through notes, measurements, photographs, and diagrams - Evaluate loss facts and support investigation of coverage, liability, damages, and exposure - Obtain statements from insureds, claimants, witnesses, or other involved parties when needed - Prepare timely, accurate, and well-documented reports for clients and internal stakeholders - Coordinate with examiners, managers, carriers, policyholders, vendors, attorneys, and other claim participants as needed - Maintain complete file documentation in accordance with company standards, client instructions, and regulatory expectations - Escalate complex issues, large-loss exposures, litigation indicators, or specialty claim concerns appropriately - Manage field assignments within service expectations, turnaround times, and quality standards - Travel throughout the assigned coverage territory as required Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision plans to support your health and that of your family - A 401(k) plan with employer matching - Time-off policies, including Discretionary Time Off (DTO) for exempt employees and Paid Time Off (PTO) for non-exempt employees - Paid holidays - Life insurance and short-term and long-term disability coverage Benefit offerings, eligibility, and required employer contributions may vary based on role, classification, and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those tied to an employee’s primary work location. • Provide Abbott Molecular clients with a best in class customer experience • Responsible for on-site systems and instrument installations and maintenance • Solving hardware and software issues • Collaborate with Service and Commercial colleagues to enhance customer service and support business growth • Perform preventative maintenance interventions • Troubleshoot Application and Instrumentation by telephone and on-site • Provide on-site customer support for software and hardware upgrade training • Actively participate in conference calls, service summits, and workshops

• Traveling to customer sites to install, fix, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls for customer’s organizations (Company provided vehicle & gas for travel paid for by the company) • Using on-line technical documents, manuals and vendor resources to research machine issues • Ensuring accurate documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer in regards to status of machine issues, repairs, and installation • Promoting and performing preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment and conducting after-sales technical support and training • Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company • Training in CNC repair and Haas equipment is part of the on-boarding process, with factory certification within the first year. • Perform related duties as required
