Field Service Engineer – AMD, 50% Iberia
Abbott
• Provide Abbott Molecular clients with a best in class customer experience • Responsible for on-site systems and instrument installations and maintenance • Solving hardware and software issues • Collaborate with Service and Commercial colleagues to enhance customer service and support business growth • Perform preventative maintenance interventions • Troubleshoot Application and Instrumentation by telephone and on-site • Provide on-site customer support for software and hardware upgrade training • Actively participate in conference calls, service summits, and workshops
Job Requirements

- Diploma/College degree - University degree in relevant discipline is a plus
- Good knowledge of English - C1 (listening and writing)
- Additional language skills are an advantage
