Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a tech company or a tech-focused agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions simultaneously
- Strong communicator — written, verbal, and across all seniority levels
- Comfortable using an ATS (Rippling)
- Experience with structured interviewing and competency-based evaluation
- Flexibility across time zones, working seamlessly with global teams
- Bonus points
- Experience recruiting for SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software roles
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted sourcing or screening tools
- Exposure to compensation benchmarking or job architecture work
