Role Description As Apprentice Sales Executive (Level 4) in our Commercial Team, you will be working in the South East/North East (dependent on successful applicants' location) and studying for your Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 through a reputable training provider. - Deliver the Solutions selling strategy, growth and lead generation within your defined area. - Deliver solutions to specifiers and contractors' needs, to ensure an order bank of sales that can be delivered through our distribution partners. - Work closely with the Technical Solutions team who will provide technical support and solution design to help secure specifications with a focus on decarbonization. - Identify opportunities for utilizing existing brands for further acquisition and company growth into new sectors within the HVAC sector. - Fully embrace the vision and values of the company. - Organised, pro-active approach to managing sales activity for the company. - Deliver the budget and build the project pipeline. - Meet and exceed all KPI’s outlined by your Manager. - Manage day-to-day activities, reports, and communications. - Forecast demand and identify trends by having close relationships with key customers and decision makers. - Work on multiple projects at different stages, at the same time. - Provide detailed consultations with Design engineers and Contractors. - Negotiate and manage the needs and expectations of our customers aiming to influence the buying decision. Qualifications - Keen interest/studied/experience in Mechanical engineering/building service/architecture. - Creative problem-solving & solution focused. - Ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience. - Highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action. - Excellent all-round communicator, possessing strong electronic, written and oral communication abilities, with the ability to communicate at all levels. - Able to multitask under pressure. - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. - Resilience and prioritisation. - Currently located in South East or North East of England. - Full UK Driving License.
