• Drive sales results– Strive to achieve and exceed set sales targets • Build & manage an effective pipeline– Evaluate and prioritize prospect opportunities to maximize sales of net new products and services • Actively prospect for new leads to create a steady funnel of progressive opportunities, including cold calling, emailing, social media and industry networking • Own your book of business- Manage sales cycles and present the value of our solutions to Director-and-above level contacts • Travel as necessary to develop new opportunities, including representing the company at industry trade shows (up to 20% travel) • Partner Development- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts • Leverage partner relationships to uncover and exploit joint opportunities • Qualify and convert leads from partners or through partner channel • Develop in-depth understanding of prospective customers– Place value on knowing key aspects of prospective customer’s business • Build positive customer interactions – Display high levels of optimism about every customer opportunity • Differentiate Euna Solutions value– Maximize all interactions with customers to demonstrate the value of Euna products and services • Influence customer decisions – Serve as a problem solver for the customer • Plan and manage time effectively– Plan ahead and use effective time management to maximize selling activities • Record and update all activities in Salesforce.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a sales rep, SDR / ADR, or similar role selling into government/SLED
- Must have experience selling into public sector/SLED
- Experience identifying and cultivating partner relationships, preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business through multi-channel prospecting
- Comfort and fluency with technology and technical concepts, with SaaS (Software as a Service) experience, preferred
- Comfort and strong ability to influence decision-makers at Director and above levels
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools
- Ability to change in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with cities, states, counties, or utilities a plus!
