Regional Sales Manager

• Select, develop and retain top sales talent in support of regional sales objectives • Provide timely coaching and feedback to drive performance results • Work with Global Senior Sales Manager and Director, Industry Sales to develop and implement strategic plans and tactics • Ensure coverage of customer base implementing territory management models • Manage and grow regional account base to achieve revenue, profitability and share gain targets • Maintain high level contacts within the industry to promote technology and capabilities • Deliver accurate regional sales forecasts • Communicate deviations from plan in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders • Participate in sales negotiations • Conduct regular one on one and regional team meetings to assess performance to plan

• Prospects for and identifies new opportunities for profitable product solutions within their assigned territory • Build and maintain healthy opportunity pipeline as defined by sales leadership, while driving continuous improvement in pipeline velocity • Actively engage appropriate SAM/KAM’s to ensure local strategic alignment to global vision at local, critical Strategic and Key Account locations • Maintain a disciplined approach and cadence to proactive engagement with all assigned accounts • Perform liaison duties between customer and company regarding specifications, drawing interpretations, production schedules, quality control demands, packaging requirements, etc • Fully utilize SFDC with regards to customer information, depth and breadth of contacts, opportunity management and competitor performance and overall landscape • Ensures process adherence across aspects of the sales process and subsequent business process expectations • Actively manage customer expectations and take action to ensure customer satisfaction leading to enhanced business relationship and loyalty

• Managing all GT activities at assigned industry account on a global basis • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic account plan • Assist in development of new product idea generation for SOM gain and SAM expansion • Support recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and development for territory sales • Provide direction and influence to an account team without direct authority or line of reporting through frequent communication • Work with cross-functional team to provide expertise and local sales contacts • Partner with Industry & Commercial Analysts for total GT business potential development • Monitor sales activity against forecast • Enhance the quality and quantity of strategic relationships within industry account to maximize business opportunity • Coordinate all global activities with relevant persons of industry account and GT • Act as internal change agent to garner resources that meet the needs of the industry account • Provide customer insight and requirements towards developing product roadmap • Monitor and report on progress vs. plan
