• Take ownership of an assigned geographic territory / account set • Drive growth and expansion within the territory by increasing account penetration • Identifying new customers, opportunities, and applications • Ensure consistent pipeline build-up to support long-term growth • Manage a portfolio of long-tail accounts • Maintain consistent pipeline activity to support revenue goals • Connect with customers (engineers, sourcing, program teams) to understand basic requirements • Introduce SiTime solutions • Run focused, efficient conversations with clear next steps • Build quick rapport and maintain regular follow-ups • Ensure steady movement of deals toward design-in and potential wins • Work closely with distribution partners to drive demand generation, support customer engagement, track opportunities and design-ins
Job Requirements
- BS Electrical Engineering Degree or experience in a role where technical self-sufficiency has been developed
- 5+ years of sales or field experience
- Specific experience dealing with mass market or territory development is desirable
- Deep understanding of how distribution channels work and methods by which we can engage with them
- Good understanding of sales automation tools such as Salesforce

Role Description The National Account Manager is the primary point of contact for National and Major Accounts, consisting of clients with multiple locations across several provinces.
