• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the flavors segment through independent initiative of prospective and existing customers in the Jalisco, Guadalajara area. Pipeline generation with direct customers and via a local distributor. • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers' R&D and purchasing departments, serving as a key technical contact for long-term projects. • Develop and present customer-specific proposals that highlight the value and quality of products, aiming to persuade and convert prospects into clients. • Direct the entire sales process from initial opportunity identification through to securing purchase orders and ensuring successful delivery. • Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends and competitor product lines to recommend strategic initiatives that enhance company brand equity and market position. • As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with internal teams across different departments that will support and ensure your success.

Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
