Sales Development Representative

Paradigm

• Identify and target new business opportunities by evaluating leads and qualifying them based on predefined criteria • Keep up to date with home care industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges, including serving as an expert on VA and Medicaid opportunities • Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outbound sales targets and KPIs • Utilize Zoho CRM to track sales activities and pipeline progress • Utilize Salesloft daily to run outbound cadences • Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers • Attend trade shows and other events to network and promote company services, with approximately 10% annual travel expected

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or related field is a plus
  • Ability to work in a nuanced industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
