Recruiter / HR Coordinator

Role Description A motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / HR Coordinator is sought to support recruitment and human resources operations within a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hiring processes, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative positions - Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels - Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers and candidates - Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records - Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms - Support onboarding and employee documentation processes - Assist with HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation - Coordinate communication between employees, management, and HR teams - Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress - Support employee engagement and HR operational initiatives - Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination. - Experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare administration preferred. - Software experience required: Indeed and similar recruitment platforms. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup. - Experience working with US-based teams or healthcare systems is an advantage. - Comfortable working U.S. hours.
