Role Description As a Sourcing Specialist, you will focus on identifying and building talent pipelines in the Philippine market for AU/NZ mortgage support roles. You will source candidates with experience as Credit Analysts, Mortgage Broker Assistants, Loan Processors, and Parabrokers who have worked with Australian and/or New Zealand mortgage processes. - Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms, applying targeted search strategies for current and upcoming hiring needs. - Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews to assess candidate fit, interest, and qualification alignment for AU/NZ mortgage support roles. - Maintain accurate and organized candidate profiles and pipelines within the ATS. - Collect and manage candidate requirements such as introduction videos and other supporting materials. - Coordinate and track completion of typing assessments to ensure timely processing. - Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure smooth progression of candidates through the early stages of the hiring process.
