Role Description We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms to lead large-scale cloud migration and application modernization initiatives. This role demands strong technical leadership, delivery governance, and client-facing capabilities to drive seamless cloud adoption while ensuring scalability, security, and business value. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end cloud migration programs across AWS and Azure, including data center exits, legacy modernization, and cloud-native transformation. - Own full delivery lifecycle including presales support, planning, execution, governance, risk management, and client reporting. - Provide technical and architectural oversight, ensuring alignment with cloud, security, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices. - Build and manage migration roadmaps, delivery milestones, dependencies, and multi-level Definitions of Done (DoD). - Act as the primary delivery leader and client interface, managing stakeholder expectations, budgets, CRs, and escalations. - Lead hybrid and distributed delivery teams, ensuring effective staffing, capacity planning, and performance management. Qualifications - 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in AWS and Azure cloud migration. - Proven experience in application development–led cloud transformation initiatives. - Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud security fundamentals. - Hands-on experience delivering programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Requirements - Certifications (Preferred): AWS or Azure Cloud Certification (Foundational or higher). - PMP / Scrum Master / PMI-ACP or equivalent delivery certifications.
