• Be responsible for ASD Channels’ management in South region, Including Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Jiangxi , Hubei & Hunan provinces. • New channel development in South region. • Managing the POS inventory & POS sell out & POS data analysis & Demanding Forecast. • Supporting execution of Market programs from ASD home division. • Providing product & selling skills training to distributors & DSR thru on line or off line. • Conducting business view with Key Distributors regularly. • Working with field sales team & stakeholders to support ASD business sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities: - Develop robust and effective market access strategies in collaboration with the Market Access Lead/Head of Market Access - Undertake reimbursement feasibility assessments and evidence planning as required - Prepare high quality pricing and reimbursement submissions to the PBAC, NIP, LSDP, NBA, MSAC and PHARMAC or other relevant HTA bodies with support and guidance from the Market Access Lead/Head of Market Access - Work with the Market Access Lead and Head of Market Access to develop work plans for assigned projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions and other key outputs - Coordinate pricing and listing processes as required - Work with the Market Access Lead/Head of Market Access as required to prepare responses to post-market cost-effectiveness/drug utilisation reviews and other initiatives which impact Sanofi products - Support Industry initiatives and consultations related to Market Access, reimbursement or pricing as required - Keep abreast of developments in the pricing, reimbursement and health policy environment and communicate to the business as appropriate - Attend Market Access, Brand Team and other cross-functional team meetings as required by the Market Access Lead/Head of Market Access. Stakeholder Engagement and Management - Build effective relationships with Sanofi Regional and Global stakeholders for Market Access and other relevant functions to leverage opportunities for collaboration and to obtain support for ANZ Market Access requirements and objectives - Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and actively participate in relevant cross functional teams, providing strategic support to brand teams and business units - Build effective relationships with key external stakeholders (e.g. Department of Health personnel, Market Access KoLs) to support Sanofi reimbursement and Market Access objectives. Role Description We’re looking for a detail oriented and client-focused Immigration Case Manager to join our growing team. Based in Singapore, this role is integral to managing and coordinating immigration applications across regions, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and client expectations. - Communicate with Foreign National (FN) and clients’ HR team, setting the right expectations and timelines. - Adhere to clients’ agreed protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLA). - Adhere to Envoy’s case management SOP, ensuring the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems. - Prepare/draft applications. - Collaborate and work closely with Third Party Vendors (TPV) on various aspects of work authorization and other immigration matters. - Ensure assessments are completed in accordance with SOP. - Sign off on cases closed by Global Administrator including expiry tracking in accordance with SOP. - Attend and participate in client calls as needed. - Communicate with immigration authorities to clarify guidance notes/request application update and/or escalate applications when immigration authorities fail to meet their processing standard/withdraw applications and/or request refund of government fees.
