Inside Sales Support Associate
Keystone Technologies
• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management • Outbound Phone Sales: initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls • Price Quoting Management: managing new price requests and working within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing • Serve as liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers • Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner • Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policies • Check availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner • Cross-reference other manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required
- 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role
- Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communications and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform time-sensitive work environment
- Comfortable with phone interaction with very good verbal communication skills
- Work well independently or on a team

Role Description The Ivantage Business Insurance Specialist (BIS) is Allstate's internal commercial sales team that consists of licensed sales professionals providing excellent customer experiences for small business owners looking for insurance solutions to protect their commercial business. This is done through outbound and inbound calls and follow-up emails. The sales professional quotes insurance solutions to the prospect on the agent's behalf and then works directly with the agent's prospect to close the sale. The sales specialist quotes solutions through Allstate or through our wholly owned, broker subsidiary, Ivantage. By providing a superior customer experience through effective telephone and written communication techniques, the sales professional discovers the customer needs while building a customer relationship. They are proficient at delivering the sales proposal based upon the unique needs of the business owner and responsible for closing the insurance sale. Since this role supports agents and customers from all over the US, the Core Business Insurance Sales specialists are licensed in property & casualty and can be licensed in up to all 50 states. Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred.
