• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Indonesia • Build and manage sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking • Support end-to-end sales cycles together with the regional team • Engage HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders to understand business needs • Present and position solutions aligned to customer requirements • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting

Job Requirements

  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience
  • Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, or outsourcing solutions preferred
  • Experience in pipeline generation and customer engagement
  • Exposure to managing or supporting full sales cycles
  • Proven ability to build relationships with business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good understanding of Indonesia business environment
