Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales – preferably in field sales
  • Regional presence: Ideally you live in Eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, or Magdeburg)
  • Willingness to travel: You are used to being on the road and hold a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Sales mindset: You enjoy direct customer contact and have a keen sense for commercial opportunities
  • Strong communication skills: Confident in German and English at various levels
  • Self-responsibility: You organize your routes and priorities independently and appreciate the freedom to manage your territory autonomously
  • Resilience: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and remain composed even with a busy schedule
