• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data. • Monitoring, and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends. • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams • Review past and current sales data to determine trends in productivity • Present actionable information and insights • Create new reports and dashboards, update workflows and fields as needed • Support Sales Management: KPI/Scorecard development and distribution, maintain weekly/monthly/annual reporting. • CRM Maintenance and Standardization: Salesforce super user. • Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com: Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Excellent project management skills, and effective time management skills.
- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for data collection
- Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
- A strong, detailed orientated and high standard of quality and accuracy
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Role Description The Associate, Provider Data Analytics reviews provider data-related issues and scales solutions through impact analysis. We are looking for collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to represent departmental needs in company-wide strategic initiatives and problem-solving.
