The Analytics Manager takes full ownership of the planning, analysis, documentation, and execution of business requirements for complex operational data requests. Acting as a strategic bridge between data architecture and business stakeholders. They delegate reporting responsibilities among the team and ensure the team meets weekly/monthly deadlines for delivering reports to the business. The Analytics Manager will manage himself/herself as a leader in sales analytics, setting examples for productivity, progressive thinking, efficiency, collaboration and professionalism. The Analytics Manager assists with training and support in an effort to build relationships amongst the team members. Dane Street’s success relies on individual and team contributions every day. Job Requirements
- MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide managerial support to analytics team members.
- ● Provide feedback on team members for initial & annual reviews, as well as, performance improvements and coaching.
- ● Create and maintain a positive, collaborative, and proactive relationship with all coworkers and project team members.
- ● Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- ● Assign projects to team members based on request, skill set, bandwidth. Monitor and oversee execution by team members to ensure timely delivery and a satisfactory final product.
- ● Oversee and participate in the interpretation and analysis of data
- Develop and maintain appropriate documentation
- ● Including, but not limited to, business and functional requirements, status updates, estimates, and other materials, as requested by business lead and/or Manager.
- ● Coach team on new processes identified and compile training documentation for staff efficiency.
- ● Review incoming reporting requests and formulate reporting templates to be used by the Analytics team members
- Oversee the delivery of all reports to the business, and facilitate feedback to each reporting analyst
- Provide clear ownership in the form of milestone and meeting preparedness, meeting facilitation and active engagement in detail tasks to assure schedules are met.
- ● Engage with Dane Street personnel, contractors, clients and third-party resources to ensure complete project management from start to finish of a project.
- ● Provide regular and detailed status updates to Director and other business leads, as necessary, to ensure all possible action is taken for on‐time project success.
- ● Support all internal business leadership in a subject‐matter‐expert capacity, as needed
- Act as liaison between the business and technology when requests related to analytics are requested to bridge the gap between knowledge of client requests and technology capabilities.
- Accept ownership of small projects and initiatives as assigned. Independent and proactive effort is expected in this area and with respect to all Dane Street initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects, transitioning legacy systems to modern cloud architectures (e.g., AWS Redshift) while ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Define data mapping, validation protocols, and ETL/ELT strategies to maintain data integrity. Develop a long-term analytics roadmap prioritized by business impact and organizational KPIs.
- Architect enterprise-level dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and AWS QuickSight, prioritizing user experience (UX) and actionable insights.
- Oversee the completion and delivery of each Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Ad-Hoc report to the business partners, per the specific reporting schedule.

- ● Oversee the completion of monthly Allstate Outcomes report based on information required within report ******Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
- EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
- An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
- A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in related roles is expected for this position. Proficiency in PC/Mac environments is required, including experience with MS Office, Excel, AWS QuickSight, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Tableau. - JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
- Industry experience understanding concepts regarding industry jargon, workflow, and claims processing so as to advise a client on appropriate approaches to meet stated goals, and to design, document, and execute against those approaches.
- Ability to multitask across the various tasks required to fulfill duties.
- Ability to appropriately document both the subject matter content and the status of efforts, such that all constituents in a given effort are appropriately informed and so that project goals are met.
- Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties and terminology. General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines. Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, understanding of medical terminology, critical thinking, organizational skills, ability to manage time efficiently and to meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills required.

- Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
