Network Data Integrity Coordinator Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract to Perm Role Overview This position will support the migration of practitioner data from a legacy system to a new platform. The role is focused on data validation, cleanup, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems. This is a data-heavy position suitable for an individual who is detail-oriented and proficient in managing large datasets. Key Responsibilities - Perform data entry and cleanup tasks during system transitions. - Validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Work with provider data, including NPI numbers, provider names, and addresses. - Organize, plan, and schedule workload to meet project objectives. - Identify and communicate any blockers or issues related to data integrity. - Adapt to changing responsibilities and workflows as required. - Follow established direction while identifying opportunities to enhance workflow. - Work independently and collaboratively within team environments. Required Qualifications Experience: - Experience with data entry and validation. - Knowledge of practitioner demographic and billing practices. - Experience working with provider data and ensuring its accuracy. - Ability to work comfortably within multiple systems simultaneously. Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. - Advanced verbal and written communication skills. - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Salesforce is a plus. - Experience with SQL for running reports is beneficial. - An understanding of healthcare billing processes and their impact.
