• Execute network deployment and migration tasks associated with data center compute migrations, including pre-migration assessments, cutover activities, and post-migration validation. • Support end-to-end network implementation for compute migration waves, ensuring network readiness at both source and destination data centers. • Serve as a key technical contributor for network-related aspects of assigned migration projects, escalating complex issues to senior engineers as needed. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (compute, storage, and application teams) to ensure seamless migration of workloads with minimal downtime. • Engage with third-party vendors, including telecom carriers and colocation providers, for circuit provisioning, cross-connects, and troubleshooting during migration activities. • Ensure all network changes adhere to established change management processes, security policies, compliance requirements, and best practices. • Develop and maintain network documentation, including migration runbooks, network diagrams, IP allocation records, configuration templates, and post-migration validation checklists. • Participate in migration rehearsals and dry runs, identifying potential risks and contributing to rollback plans.
