About the Role You will be part of a customer-focused IT team delivering 1st–3rd line support across the Group. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management, development and security of the virtual desktop (VDI) and virtual infrastructure (VI) environments, ensuring systems are reliable, secure and meet business needs. You’ll manage VMware-based platforms, provision desktops and servers, monitor performance, apply updates and work with third-party suppliers. The role also involves user support, documentation, reporting, and contributing to future improvements of the virtual estate. Flexibility to work across multiple sites and occasional out-of-hours work is required.
