Senior Solution Architect

Role Description As a Sr. Solution Architect, you are a key part of the Consulting Services team and will play a critical role in driving our success. You will serve as Subject Matter and Solution Expert in M-Files software and Systems Integration. You will serve as the Design and Technical Lead on Key Customer engagements and work closely with the Customer and Project Team to discuss customer needs and design solutions to satisfy those requirements. Responsibilities and Duties: - Serve as Subject Matter and Solution Expert in M-Files software and Systems Integration. - Work closely with the Customer and Project Team to discuss customer needs and design solutions to satisfy those requirements on new and ongoing customer implementations. - Serve as the technical design leader on multiple projects. - Translate Business Requirements to a technical solution design to be implemented by the project consultants. - Work with other members of your project team to design, develop and deploy solutions on a varying number of Customer engagements. - Review requirements and develop solutions and relevant documentation. - Oversee delivery validation to ensure deliverables are met and exceed customer expectations for quality and reliability. - Work closely with Project Management on all aspects of project planning which includes developing timelines and outlining necessary tasks for successful project completion. - Coordinate with the Consultants on the technical aspects of deployments to ensure they are met. - Coordinate with project management and assist with any necessary change requests and product updates required for customer success from R&D and Product Management. - Assist with requirements gathering, solution design, development, deployment, migration, QA, UAT, and other consulting related engagements. - Help customer identify and clarify their needs. - Identify and validate M-Files integrations with existing data sources. - Provide consultation on design best practice. - Validate Customer Requirements are met. - Mentor and lead more junior members of the consulting unit. - Be a key participant in requirements review, solution design and documentation. - Ensure deployments exceed customer expectations for quality and reliability. - Work closely with M-Files Project Management to ensure timelines and technical aspects of a deployments are met. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, enterprise software consulting, or related technical delivery environments. - Strong experience designing and delivering solutions within enterprise information management, content services, workflow automation, or document management ecosystems. - Experience with M-Files or comparable enterprise platforms is considered a strong advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Demonstrated experience leading complex customer implementations and serving as a technical lead across multiple concurrent engagements. - Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including cloud and on-premises infrastructure, databases, authentication systems, APIs, and application integrations. - Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solution designs. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences. - Experience working directly with customers in consulting, implementation, or technical advisory environments. - Ability to influence project direction, guide technical decision-making, and drive resolution across cross-functional teams. - Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants, architects, or project team members is preferred. - Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities. - Comfortable producing technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation documentation. - Experience with cloud technologies, systems integration methodologies, and enterprise application architecture preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused consulting environment. - Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements, workshops, implementation activities, and internal collaboration meetings (travel may vary based on customer and project needs).
