Role Description Assists in monthly forecast, complete GM bonus payouts and other operational reports. - Calculate and prepare monthly field bonuses and submit to Payroll, RVP’s and TD’s for verification. - Complete import files for upload in payroll system. - Complete weekly Lab commission adjustments and emails to payroll. - Maintain AS400 database for new stores to include but not limited to: Lab type change, JPH goals, store alignment, and Quality audits. - Convert monthly CSAT dbf file to a csv file and import into AS400, and convert CSAT files to electronic format sent to TD’s. - Complete and send out monthly Trending reports and other assigned reports. - Maintain and update electronic files of the SOP manual. - Coordinate with the mailroom for distribution. - Complete new store binders/kits and POS crash kits for all new stores. - Maintain records of QSVs performed in field. - Mails out SVP Store Operations Thank You notes for stores that make plan each month. Qualifications - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. - One to three (3) years of related experience. - Proficient in MS Excel e.g. creating spreadsheets, formulas, and links. - Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint. - Working knowledge of access and AS400. - Excellent phone skills. - Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Bilingual (Spanish) helpful, but not required. - General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division. - Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions.
