• Lead the PCOE operating rhythm to drive execution, accountability, and alignment to business priorities. • Partner closely with Fulfillment Functions and global stakeholders to ensure focus on key delivery, cost, and productivity objectives. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen execution consistency across the organization. • Oversee portfolio-level reporting and performance insights, ensuring clear visibility to execution status, risks, resource needs, and operational performance. • Lead resolution of escalated operational issues, remove barriers to execution, and drive timely closure of actions. • Apply Lean principles and operational excellence tools to improve productivity, reduce waste, and standardize ways of working. • Partner across functions to identify and deploy best practices that improve project execution and organizational performance. • Provide clear, concise communication to senior leadership on operational performance, key risks, improvement actions, and progress against priorities. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, and ownership across a global, diverse team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field;
  • Extensive experience in project and/or operations management within complex design-to-order industrial environments, ideally in large multinational companies.
  • Strong capability to manage cross-functional priorities and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or productivity initiatives, delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Fluent in English and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities - Permit Parker & Long-Term Guest Management - Manage all incoming inquiries and requests sent to MonthlyParking@parkingmgt.com, ensuring timely and accurate responses. - Oversee onboarding, adjustments, and account maintenance for permit parkers and long-term guests. - Transition customers to the self-serve signup platform once available, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience. - Maintain accurate records of active permits, cancellations, rate changes, and account updates. - A/R Reduction & Revenue Integrity - Support efforts to reduce outstanding A/R by ensuring accurate billing, timely follow-up, and proper account documentation. - Identify recurring issues contributing to A/R challenges and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes. - Monitor payment activity and escalate delinquent accounts when necessary. - Validations & Access Management - Manage validation programs, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and compliance with client agreements. - Support operators and clients with validation requests, troubleshooting, and usage reporting. - Ensure validation processes align with revenue protection standards and operational policies.
