You'll own full-cycle recruiting across corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to scope roles, build pipelines, and close high-quality talent. Inbound won't always carry the pipeline. You'll spend real time sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and screening for genuine fit. Speed, judgment, and the trust you build with hiring managers define success here. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to expand their ownership, operate with significant autonomy, and sharpen both technical and non-technical recruiting skills in a fast-moving environment. This role is 100% remote (LA-Based is preferred), with four company on-sites per year at our Playa Vista (LA) office. Each on-site involves two to four days of travel.
