• The Scrum Master role facilitates the agile software development process, guides development teams, identifies and removes impediments, and promotes the use of agile patterns and best practices. • The Scrum Master ensures the proper functioning of agile processes and activities and is responsible for leading the meetings defined in the development process. • To optimize oversight, improve communication between the CLIENT and the CONTRACTOR, and enhance potential outcomes in contract execution, the Scrum Master role, in addition to the functions normally prescribed by the agile process, will also incorporate Operational Manager responsibilities in the interface with the CLIENT, serving as the focal point for the teams to which they are assigned. • Alignment and planning meetings, including aspects such as timeline estimates, risks, expectations, and objectives with the business area or the CLIENT. • Technical or business discussions or demonstrations. • Maintaining and striving to meet the quality standards required by the CLIENT. • Acting as an interface with the Infrastructure area, including any technical alignment actions, resolving questions, and providing support necessary to complete tasks or project stages. • Negotiating requirements fairly with the requesting area and addressing other matters related to proper contract execution and the agile process. • Detailed operation of the demand management system, including classification, routing, and follow-up of requests. • Supporting the testing and deployment processes for requests or products, including performing and/or overseeing necessary technical and operational procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Organizational skills, initiative, and independence.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical and judgment capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from an institution recognized and accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC); OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field from an institution recognized and accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC), supplemented by a postgraduate course in software engineering, software development, or project management with a minimum workload of 360 hours, recognized and completed at an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
